New publication: Hawksbill migrations from Nicaragua

I was excited to support a hawksbill tracking study recently published open access in the journal Chelonian Conservation and Biology. The paper makes use of satellite tracking data collected on post-nesting hawksbills over 20 years ago, which follows the theme of a previous paper I collaborated on. Despite the time period, the tracking data add crucial information on migratory connectivity in the Western Caribbean. The above map shows the migrations of the five Nicaraguan turtles—check out the paper itself for more. Big congratulations to Cynthia Lagueux and Cathi Campbell for leading this effort!
